Sitaire joined Butter Beans with an extensive background in food service, and a passion for hospitality. At home, Sitaire’s grandmother embodied hospitality and regularly hosted gatherings, where Sitaire absorbed the importance of making people feel welcomed. This environment gave Sitaire the strength of character and strong desire to create warm, inviting atmospheres where people could enjoy themselves and connect over food. She has years of experience managing restaurants and developing staff. Managing new restaurants has made her efficient in operations and building longevity with customers. Throughout hee experience, she has shown a passion to deliver excellent service. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and fine dining. She is a self published author that lives in Manhattan with her husband.
