Nicole had the opportunity to work within the food service industry for close to 20 years. During that time, Nicole obtained considerable management experience running multiple retail cafes combined with event private catering services. Nicole’s passions at work include the opportunity to train, develop and mentor team members new to food services. In addition to supporting our customers’ meal programs, Nicole is responsible for our retail cafe and catering services. Outside of work, Nicole is a mother of two beautiful children, enjoys traveling and taking care of her family through her passion for cooking and creating a warm environment in our home.
