Born in The Bronx and raised in the islands of Antigua, where tourism and hospitality is embedded in KJ . KJ graduated with a four year degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Monroe College. Where KJ then went on to start his culinary and hospitality career at 18 years of age as a chef and server at Garito Manor, where he then went on to being a supervisor at Argo Tea for seven years aided by being a supervisor at Starbucks for four years. Now presently here at Butter Beans, where KJ started off as a supervisor in 2022 and was recently promate School Manager. In KJ’s down time he enjoys traveling the world, spending time with family and being one with nature.
