Jendayi is a dedicated food service professional with over 15 years of experience across fast-paced environments including fast food, catering, fine dining, and nutrition-focused programs. With a strong educational background in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, she brings both hands-on expertise and strategic leadership to her work. Jendayi has spent the past 11 years in management roles, where she has successfully led teams, streamlined operations, and maintained high standards in food quality, safety, and service.

In her current role, Jendayi enjoys creating efficient systems that support both staff and clients while ensuring a positive dining experience for students and communities she serves. Outside of work, Jendayi enjoys exploring fashion and engaging in art. Most importantly she values her time with her daughter, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
