With more than a fifteen years of experience in foodservice and retail operations, and large-scale operational management, Avram is responsible for building the systems and processes that support Butter Beans’ continued growth. He oversees daily operations across production, logistics, vendor partnerships, and program implementation, ensuring that schools and families receive reliable, high-quality meal service every day.
At Butter Beans, Avram works closely with school administrators, culinary teams, and internal leadership to develop scalable systems that maintain consistency, efficiency, and strong operational standards as the company expands.
