Ryan Kahl was born in Honolulu, and discovered a passion for hospitality while bartending in college at Syracuse, NY. After 15 years in the business, he brings a wealth of sourcing relationships to the Butter Beans team. Ryan helped create cocktails programs for the Four Seasons Hotel NYC, Tomoka NYC, and Take Me Out NYC tours. He has been featured at Art Basel Miami, Food and Wine’s Brooklyn’s Backyard, Chefs for Children's Cancer, Manhattan Cocktail Classic and NYS Retailers Association Gala. Ryan Kahl was one of the two owners of Pacific Standard in Brooklyn, NY, and Tama restaurant in Bedstuy, Brooklyn. During the pandemic, he made the transition to working with day camps in the greater Rockland area. He holds a BA from Syracuse University, and lives with his wife in Thornwood, NY.
