Born and raised in Brazil, Robson grew up helping his father in the family’s hotel and restaurant business where he was always involved in transportation, operations, and logistics. He has been in New York for over 20 years and has worked in many high profile catering events, utilizing his background in planning, project management and his knowledge of international foods and ingredients. Robson is proficient in three languages and loves to travel to interesting and exotic destinations and to try different foods around the world.
