Janelle Mitchell brings over 15 years of food service experience to the Butter Beans team. After working in schools, daycares and restaurants all over NYC, she turned her passion for cooking and food safety to school food at Butter Beans. She was hired to supervise one school in 2017, she was quickly promoted to oversee multiple school accounts. Janelle brings a dedication to feeding children healthy delicious food every day, as well as a knack for mentoring and developing our Front of House teams. She holds a BS from Kaplan University in Nutrition Science, and she is the mother of three beautiful children.
