Dana Marie Moore brings 10 years of culinary experience in fine dining and high-volume catering. She has spent time working in Miami and Chicago, before settling in New York and bringing her talents to catering. In her prior roles, she led teams to produce up to 60,000 daily meals and honed her expertise in school meal service at Cater-to-You, as the Executive Chef of a top private school for boys in NYC. She is adept in purchasing, inventory management, recipe development and menu creation, and her food reflects the joy and compassion she brings to the kitchen environment. She encourages and promotes growth from her staff, and is focused on cross-training her teams to create a more efficient and engaged workplace. Dana Marie holds her degree from the Culinary Arts Institute of America. She loves to travel, and is excited to get back to seeing the world.
